Et viola! My 1st french pastry!! It was chocolate with a lemon filling. Soooo yum.
Speaking of yum, we (my roommates and I) went to this really yummy Italian restaraunt (Yes, I know I'm in France... but it looked good!) with Elliot, David, Jacob, and Devin. It was very good and the waitress spoke good english so that was nice. I had this baked macaroni and cheese that had some veggies in it and we all shared the wine.
Oh! And I forgot to say that I had duck liver the other night!!! Val ordered foie gras and I asked her what it was. She told me I should just try it and she would tell me later. I did and it was pretty good. Kinda tasted like cheese. You spread it on toast. When she told me I was a bit shocked. lol.
Val and Michelle are about to leave for Vienna. I'm kinda jealous because it seems like a beautful place, but I'm glad I get to go to Nice. The weather is suppose to be nice (in Nice... hehe), so I should get a nice tan. :)
Elliot's coming over later after going out with the guys. I'll probably be cooking a simple dinner here with like eggs, cheese, bread, tomatoes, etc. and then to Nice in the morning.
